1. Digital Service

ETFBuySignal is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Due to the immediate access to premium algorithmic signals, historical data, and proprietary analytics granted upon purchase, all subscription payments are generally considered final and non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

We may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally billed multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
• Service Unavailability: If our platform experiences extended, unplanned downtime that completely prevents you from accessing the service for more than 48 consecutive hours during your active subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. You will retain full access to premium features until the end of your billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date. Include your registered email address, transaction ID, and a brief explanation of the issue.
